READING, Pa. – The fourth-seeded Arcadia University softball dropped a 7-2 decision to second-seeded Lebanon Valley Sunday in the MAC Commonwealth Championship. Arcadia (18-13) now awaits selection into the Eastern College Athletic Conference (ECAC) Championship Tournament, while the Dutchmen (24-14) advance to play top-seeded Messiah for the right to take on third-seeded Widener in the MAC Commonwealth Championship final.
HOW IT HAPPENED: Lebanon Valley did most of the damage in the first two innings. Three runs crossed the plate in the each of the first two frames before the Knights got on the board in the top of the fourth when sophomore

Mary Pat Murray allowed one unearned run with a walk and a strikeout in 4.1 innings of relief. Lexi Windsor (10-5) got the win allowing two runs on three hits with two walks and a strikeout in five innings of work.
