Will Pilat enters his first season as the Head Men's Lacrosse Coach at Arcadia in 2026.
Pilat came to Arcadia after serving as the head coach at Immaculata University for the past two seasons. During the 2025 season, Pilat led the Mighty Macs to the program's first Atlantic East Conference championship, while also coaching the first All-American, conference Player of the Year, and Defensive Player of the Year. Pilat also headed the staff named the AEC Coaching Staff of the Year.
Prior to his time at Immaculata, Pilat served as Associate Head Coach, Offensive Coordinator, and assistant goalie coach at Wesleyan University. While with the Cardinals, Pilat helped lead the team to the 2018 NCAA Division III National Championship and four NCAA Division III Championship Tournament appearances.
Pilat graduated from Roanoke College in 2016 with a degree in Sports Management, where he was a four-year member of the men's lacrosse team and a two-time USILA All-American. Pilat earned a Master's in Liberal Studies from Wesleyan in 2018.
